You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize Platainv to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms. You agree that your User-Generated Content will not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights.

Platainv reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the Services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services in accordance with the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Platainv reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the pricing constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Payments will be processed through a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you consent to the collection and use of your information by the payment processor in accordance with their privacy policy. Platainv is not responsible for any errors or issues arising from the payment processing.

8. Service Modifications

Platainv reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Platainv will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

In no event shall Platainv’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
